It hardly ever rains in the Niger River delta in central Mali, so Hawa Diarra was very pleased with the watering can she got from Christian Aid partner GRAT. She uses it to collect water from the well for her onions, potatoes, cabbages and tomatoes. Her produce feeds her family and Hawa sells some to buy clothes and medicines.
